Key Principles of This Way
One of the key elements of the path I’m walking, embodying and illustrating is that the experience of mind via sensing as the body, mental, emotional, energetic system, is completely included instead of being rejected in favor of true nature.
Practically speaking, this means we are called into radical acceptance of every nook and cranny of our consciousness through embodying it via direct experience so that it can be returned to and realize its expression as the Supreme Self.
This is a direct experience, somatic based practice.
The back drop of Silence is the key to the cultivation of acceptance and the resulting union with that Silence brings the first tastes of true nature as essence.
Once there is an experience of essence, we allow both essence and the sensory experience to co-exist simultaneously in the same space. The process of their inter-weaving proceeds as acceptance, allowance and surrender allow nature to take its course, showing the way into oneness via wholeness.
Instead of rejecting mind and the sensory experience as false or illusion, we include it in the alchemical cauldron together with the essential nature so that they can come into union, sparking a remembering of true nature as the expression of mind through the senses, into the grossest levels of form.
This facilitates transmutation of mind and its systems (bodies, including the physical body), allowing true nature to determine its function and presentation, to radiate through and as the form that is your body.
This is an ALL inclusive path. All is Self. No aspect of self is left out no matter how ignorant, limited, ugly, attached, desirous, excited etc.
All is included, feeding the alchemical cauldron until every aspect of self and Self are woven in communion as the alchemical gold that is Totality.
Practically speaking this means that even identification has a role in the full building of this communion since it presences our forgetting of true nature for the purpose of offering the inner terrain not yet transmuted into remembering. The one identifying is often the last to offer itself into the transmutation. When it does, the interweaving for that phase is complete.
