This post is a little experiment. Below I share the transcript of the introduction of an exercise from a recent zoom call within The Born of The Blue Lotus year long program that I am running. This program has 3 phases and we have just started phase 3, exploring the themes of sexuality/intimacy, death and abundance.
I am sharing it to give you a little sense of my work, and to test its relatability to those who may not have worked closely with me.
My suggestion is to bring all of you as you read it slowly. Take the time to tune into Silence, your somatic experience and sense of self when you are prompted.
Your comments are welcome.

Welcome everybody.
Today, we're going to begin our exploration of sexuality, which also includes desire, pleasure, intimacy, and communion.
I want to say a little more about that, but first, I would like us to, as usual, begin by grounding into your deepest experience of Silence while also feeling into any subtle sense of vibration that might be available within that Silence.

From there and in your own time, I would like to invite you to spend a few minutes presencing the rest of the inner constellation, just getting acquainted with the nature of each aspect of yourself in this moment.

I want to share a little bit again about why we are entering this exploration, and as I do, just stay attuned to your inner space, being with whatever arises as I'm sharing.
It’s a really important time (during this program) to come back to the overarching culmination that this whole program is centered around, namely that of the experience of Totality.
Another way to talk about that is as the union of the most fundamental aspects of consciousness into the densest aspects of consciousness, both personal and impersonal, namely your physical body, but also physical forms of all kinds.
We are cultivating both awareness and embodiment along this journey.
When awareness and embodiment are full, one of the side effects of that is intimacy. I want to define intimacy as the experience of other from the inside out in. True communion through direct relating, quintessence to quintessence.
Ultimately, when totality is cultivated, that level of communion appears across every aspect of experience.
It applies to me and the tree, me and my daughter, me and a space I'm in, me and a lover.
As I'm speaking to qualities of intimacy, and I'm experiencing those levels of communion, I'm also
presenced to awareness within that experience, highlighting itself from within, namely within the distinction of the uniqueness, my own uniqueness, the uniqueness of the tree and of that of my daughter for example.
I am experiencing them from the inside out, and yet there is a beholding and an honoring of the distinction in the feeling quality of our uniqueness and the expression of that uniqueness.
There are many different exercises that we do in our practice that naturally cultivate intimacy. For example one of them being the unification of polarities when they arise including: me and other, witness and body, void and primordial vibration.
When we get to the point in our own process in which we're ready to explore primordial separation between void and vibration within The Source of All things, the most resonant human experience that has the capacity to bring us into that experience at Source of All Things, so that unification is stimulated, becomes available within our awareness for integration.
This is the importance behind the exercise that we're going to do today, and those forthcoming in this phase.
